A.S.K. (Ask, Seek and Knock) - Mateus 7:7-8
Words and Music by Gary Miller
Lead: Gary Moyers, Steve Reischl

Ask and seek and knock real loud
That's what faith is all about
Situations turning' round
And you know you'll be receivin'
If you're trustin' and believin'

In the dark of night
In my deep despair
Can you feel my fear
Can you hear my prayer

I call but nobody seems to hear me
Am I calling in vain?
Than I look to the only One who saves me
Overcoming my hurt with His pain

Chorus
When you're feeling down
All your plans have failed
Only thorns for a crown
On the cross you're nailed

You call but nobody seems to hear you
Are you calling in vain?
Than you reach to the only One who saves you
Overcoming your hurt with His pain

Chorus

Bridge:
He'll take away all your fear of dying
He'll take away all the sadness and crying
He'll take away all the burdens you're bearin'
He will take away all the shackles you've been wearin'

Chorus x2

House On The Rock - Mateus 7:24-27
Words by Chris Gubleman & Gary Moyers/Music by Gary Moyers
Lead: Gary Miller

Why do you call me Lord and don't do what I say
Listen to the wise man and heed his ways
And if you stop for a moment
I'll show you how wonderful life can be
If like the wise man you faithfully follow all the words
hat you've heard from me
And when the storms came down the footings he'd laid
Prevented the ruin of the house he'd made

Chorus:
And the storm it couldn't shake it
The winds they couldn't break it
The streams they couldn't take it away
The rock is standing tall and his house will never fall
And the storms will never take it away
And the storms will never take it away

Why do you call me Lord and don't do what I say
Castles in the sand will simply float away
Many have heard My words now
And many have closed their eyes
With no true foundation it comes as no surprise
And when the storm came down and collapsed those walls
It ruined the house with a mighty great fall

Chorus

Bridge
But the wise man built his house on solid ground
And his house stood strong when the storms came down

Chorus x2

What Do You Think - Lucas 15:3-7
Words and Music by Randy Hatchett
Lead: Duane Adams

What do you think
If a man owns a hundred sheep
And one of them wanders away
What do you think
Will he not leave the ninety-nine
And go to look for the one who went astray

And if he finds it I'll tell you the truth
He is happier about that one when he finds it
Then about the other ninety-nine

Chorus:
What do you think
What do you think

In the same way your Father in Heaven's
Not willing that anyone be lost
So don't you look down upon those little ones of His
For the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost

And if he finds it I'll tell you the truth
He is happier about that one when he finds it
Then about the other ninety-nine

Chorus x2

And if he finds it I'll tell you the truth
He is happier about that one when he finds it
Then about the other ninety-nine
Oh when He finds it
Oh when He finally finds it
He'll wrap him in a robe and bring him back home
When He finds it
And celebrate with the ninety-nine

Mercy For The Sinner - Lucas 18:9-14
Words and Music by George Pendergrass
Lead: George Pendergrass

Every now and then when you start feeling real confident in your spiritual walk But you have to nod your head and raise an eyebrow of suspicion about everybody else, remember this:

In the temple court in a normal day
Is where a Pharisee and tax collector started to pray
He couldn't think at all of anybody else
So the Pharisee decided he would pray of himself
He thought, Lord before I thank you now for what
I've got I'd like to thank you just a little bit for who I am not
I'm not a robber or a thief, evil I could never be
An adulterer is surely anybody but me
Well I fast a lot, you see I've got the strength
And I'm proud to say I give a liberal tenth

And at the back of the temple in a humble spread,
The tax collector bowed
He wouldn't raise his head
He said

Chorus:
Lord have mercy on me a sinner
I just wanna be free, deliver
Got myself in a sinful dilemma
But you can make my soul free forever

Only one of the two was justified before God
But be sure of this:
Everyone who exalts himself shall be humbled
And everyone who humbles himself shall be exalted

Chorus

Mustard Seed Song - Mateus 13:31-32
Words and Music by Gary Miller, John Green, Brian Randolph & Chris Gubleman
Lead: Brishan Hatcher

See how the mustard seed has grown
See how the mustard seed has grown
My kingdom comes from such as this
See how the mustard seed has grown

Jesus told a parable about a mighty tree
How it's like His kingdom and how it came to be
A mustard seed is tiny, but when the seed is sown
See just like is kingdom how the mustard seed has grown

Chorus:
Just a tiny seed (see how the mustard seed has grown)
Becomes a mighty tree (see how the kingdom wants to grown)
Just a tiny seed (see how the mustard seed has grown)
Becomes a mighty tree (see how the kingdom wants to grown)
See how the mustard seed has grown
See how the mustard seed has grown
My kingdom comes from such as this
See how the mustard seed has grown

See how the mustard seed has grown
See how the mustard seed has grown
My kingdom comes from such as this
See how the mustard seed has grown

It grew into a mighty tree and birds their homes have made
Resting in its branches and resting in its shade
The seed is representing our potentiality
Trusting in the Lord is our responsibility Chorus

A fruitful tree is quite a blessing all the world can see
The fruitful Kingdom twice the blessing for humanity
And it's face amazing yes I think you will agree
All this fruit and blessing comes from a single seed

Chorus

Keep Praying - Lucas 18:8
Words and Music by George Pendergrass and Gary Miller
Lead: George Pendergrass, Robert C. Guy

I'd like to tell you a story
The Lord told His disciples to pray and not give up
Now there was a town, a judge, they tell me he lived
Within, didn't care for nobody not God nor big bad men
In the same little place there lived a widow
Bout four foot three, louder than Gabriel when she shouted
The same old plea
"Now listen your honor I'm telling the story as plain as it can be
I'm needing some justice again my adversary
I need it, I want it, I got to have it"

Chorus:
Whenever His children call, God hears them all
He's never far away, pray every day
Never give up praying

He kept telling her,
"Never, now woman you know you are worrying me
But if I don't give the justice you're wanting
You will be the death of me!
Now if you were blind you could see it as plain as the nose
He gave to you, if they can achieve some justice,
Well think of the things the Lord can do
Now sometimes the wicked they make you sick
But don't be discouraged cause justice is coming quick
Please don't think that nobody cares about you
He'll be in the schoolyard, the workplace, whatever you do
He said it, He meant it, and I believe it

Chorus

Bridge:
Children praying
Pleasing the Lord
Will obeying
Holy Word
Hearts together
In one accord
Grace and blessings
Their reward

Now if you're wondering what is the message
We're sending in this small tune
Justice is coming when you need it and it might be soon
Now we'd like to leave you with something
To keep on your mind as you sing this song
If you are prayin' to Jesus
Keep prayin' and prayin' you can't go wrong

Prodigal Son - Lucas 15:11-32
Words and Music by Wayburn Dean, Gary Moyers & Gary Miller
Lead: Gary Moyers, Gary Miller

Said the younger son about to flee
He said, "I want my share of property
Now make it right, I said make it right!
So the father blessed his younger son
Then he watched the boy collect and run
He walked out of sight
He went to a country far away
Wasting money every day

After he'd spent all he had
The economy had then gone bad
Something's not right, it's just not right
So he was hired by a local gig
Sent him in the fields to feed the pigs
What an awful sight, such an awful sight
Hunger racked him all the time
Even food for swine looked fine
What an appetite, such an appetite

Chorus:
He came to life when he saw his daddy's face now
As he was running down road
His forgiveness brought light into the darkness
His grace lifted a heavy load

So he got to thinking 'bout his dad
And he realized the things he had
And now it's gone, it's so far gone
He remembered servants so devout
And they're at home now pigging out
It seems so long, so very long
So he decided to go back again
Gonna leave this crazy life of sin

"Gonna tell my father what I've done,
I'm not worthy to be called your son
Will he understand? I think he'll understand
I'll say I've gone against my father's will
Make me like the servants in your fields
I'll be hired hand, just a hired hand"
With a conscience longing to be cleared
He told the pigs, "I'm out of here
Going to my homeland, my own homeland"

Chorus

While the boy was still a long way out
The father knew without a doubt
"Hey that's my my son, my long lost son"
Before the boy could say too much
The father told his son to hush
"Listen everyone, I mean everyone
My son is home it's not too late
Now it's time to celebrate"

Now the older son who'd stayed so true
Smelled the fat calf barbeque, he said
"This ain't fair, it just ain't fair"
Saw his younger brother newly robed
Sportin' brand new shoes and rings of gold
"He got his share, he's had his share"
So the father told the older son,
"Your brother's life has just begun
But you've been there, you were always there"

Chorus

"La la"

Oh, that's the prodigal son
Throwin' money all away
The prodigal son
Even food for swine looked fine
But, I think I'll think twice
Don't know what I saw in the world
I'm a prodigal
I'm a prodigal
I'm a prodigal
I'm a prodigal son

Pearl Of Great Price - Mateus 13:45,46
Words and Music by Randy Hatchett & Ron Hatchett
Lead: John Laws

Chorus:
It's a pearl of great price
And it's worth his life
He was looking cross the land
Now it's in his hand
He gave his whole world
For that precious pearl
A pearl of great price
Is like the kingdom of Heaven

Jesus told the story 'bout a merchant man
Who was looking for a precious pearl across the land
When he found it he knew
Just what to do
He sold everything he owned
And took that pearl home

Chorus

Bridge:
A pearl of great price
It's the one you want
A pearl of great price
You got to give it all
A pearl of great price
When you find it then
You do everything you can
To get it in your hand

Chorus x2

Cut It Down - Lucas 13:6-9
Words and Music by Randy Hatchett and Ron Hatchett
Lead: John Green

You know a man had a fig tree, planted in his vineyard
You know a man had a fig tree, planted in his vineyard
He went to look for fruit on it, but he didn't find any

So he said to he man who took care of the vineyard
So he said to he man who took care of the vineyard
For three years I've been looking for some fruit
But didn't find any

Chorus:
So cut it down, cut it down
Why should it use up the ground
Cut it down, cut it down
Why should it use up the ground
This tree don't bear no fruit
So cut it down

Bridge:
Sir, the man replied, leave it alone for one more year
I'll dig around it, and fertilize it
And if it bears no fruit next year... so fine
If not... then
Well, I don't know, it's been three whole years
But you dig and you fertilize
We'll give your plan a try
But if it don't work
You better, you better cut it down

Chorus

This tree is hard to bear
We'll give it one more year
If it don't bear fruit
Cut it down, down, down, down

Pardon Me - Lucas 14:15-24
Words and Music by Greg Sublett
Lead: George Pendergrass

Come to the feast

When Jesus told of a certain man
Who was preparing a great big banquet
He sent his servants throughout the land to say:
Come to the feast

With all the guests that had been invited
You would have thought they'd be so excited but
When it came to the banquet day
They began to make excuses and say

Chorus:

Pardon Me
But I just bought some new oxen and I have to plow Pardon Me
But I just bought a field and I've got to go check it out
Pardon Me
But my new bride, she's waiting home for me
And to say the least
I've no time for the feast
I'll have to say thank you, but no

Now when the lost saw that he'd been had
To tell the truth he got downright mad
He only wanted his guests to be glad
To come to the feast

He sent his servants throughout that town
With invitations to all the down and out
The crippled, poor, and the blind and lame
And you couldn't hear a one of them say

Chorus
